ToolHub ("the Site") is a software tool directory and curation site. We take your privacy seriously. This policy explains how we collect, use and protect information when you browse and use the Site.

1. Information we collect

  • Messages and submissions: When you leave a message via "Contact" or submit a tool via "Submit a tool", we record the name, email/contact, message or tool description you provide, together with the submission time and an access IP used to prevent abuse. This information is used only to reply to inquiries and review submissions.
  • Usage statistics: To improve recommendations we anonymously count tool views and official-site clicks (counts only, not tied to personal identity).

2. Local storage

The Site uses browser local storage to remember your preferences, such as your favorite tools, dark/light theme and language choice. This data stays on your device and is not uploaded; clearing your browser data removes it.

3. Cookies and advertising
